It's our goal to ensure Pixie helps you succeed. Our assistance ranges from extensive documentation that you can follow at your own pace to direct support with our Customer Success team. Please read on to see the support we have in place currently, and if you feel you need something more, please let us know!


When you sign up with Pixie, you will automatically be assigned an account manager who will show you around your new workspace, help to format and import your client data and get your recurring and existing tasks set up.

Your account manager will also reach out to you to book check-in calls from time to time to ensure you're happy with everything in your workspace.

(If you haven't had an email or in-app popup message from your account manager recently and would like to check in with them to review how your workspace and tasks are configured etc, please feel free to send us a message using our live chat, and we can send you an updated link to book in a support call with them.)

You can access more regular day-to-day support in a number of different ways from directly within your workspace by clicking Get Support at the top-right-hand side of any page.

From here, you can Check our documentation to see if we have a support article that covers what you were looking for (or click the Pixie logo at the top of this article to go straight back to the documentation index page)

We also have a free on-demand training resource available to all users within your workspace 24/7 by clicking Access the academy. Please click here for more information.

If you want to provide any feedback, submit a feature request, or keep track of any existing feature request developments, you can do so by going to View roadmap. We have more information on this here.

We also have our chat support available, which is the quickest and easiest way to get support directly from our Customer Success team and is accessible by clicking Contact via chat.

Please note: Depending on the issue, we may need to ask for specific task, client, or template names so please have these handy if possible!

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm UK time (excluding bank holidays). We're online during this time for live conversations, but the chat itself is available 24/7; so if you need any help between our office hours, please pop a message in the chat for us, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
