We will review the pricing tier of your Pixie subscription on a quarterly or annual basis depending on your subscription cycle. If needed, your subscription will be updated to reflect your current business needs.
Monthly subscriptions are reviewed quarterly, and annual subscriptions are reviewed annually.
This means that if you signed up for an annual subscription in June 2022, your subscription would be reviewed in June 2023, and if you signed up for a monthly subscription in June 2022, this would be reviewed in September 2022.
Please note: We will always contact you first if your workspace exceeds the maximum number of clients for your existing plan at your review date, before making any adjustments.
