With Pixie’s integrated e-signature feature, you’re able to add e-signature requests to workflow templates or request a one-off signature straight from your Pixie workspace.
To create a one-off signature, select the red plus as shown below and click the “request signature “ option.

From there, you will have a variety of fields to fill out for your document signing, which will also create a one-off task.

Additionally, you can add a signature request as a subtask in task templates. This can help keep a smooth workflow with the inclusion of documents to be signed by the clients.

You can also request signatures from multiple signees for single or multiple documents at once and keep track of who has signed and who is still outstanding.

All signature requests are saved to the client’s record and the relevant task in Pixie, making it quick and easy for you to find them. This means that they also show up under your work tab.

Pixie's signature requests are also password protected, so your clients will need to enter the master code configured in their client record, which can be found in the document sign-specific task, as shown below, in order to access the request.
(We have more details on your client's experience completing signature requests here.)

Each e-signature request has a complete audit trail and timeline so you can easily keep track of your outstanding e-signature requests and see when signers last received a reminder.
You can also set up built-in auto-reminders to ensure you’re not chasing clients to sign urgent documents. Pixie can send email reminders at a frequency you choose, and your client will receive up to four reminders until the documents have been signed.
