With Pixie’s integrated e-signature feature, you’re able to add e-signature requests to workflow templates or request a one-off signature straight from your Pixie workspace.

You can also request signatures from multiple signees for single or multiple documents at once and keep track of who has signed and who is still outstanding.

All signature requests are saved to the client’s record and the relevant task in Pixie, making it quick and easy for you to find them. It means that they also show up under your work tab.

Each e-signature request has a complete audit trail and timeline so you can easily keep track of your outstanding e-signature requests and see when signers last received a reminder.

You can also set up built-in auto-reminders to ensure you’re not chasing clients to sign urgent documents. Pixie can send email reminders at a frequency you choose. Your client will get up to four reminders until the documents have been signed.

You can request up to 50 e-signatures each month (if you require more than 50 e-signatures each month, please get in touch with us), and these are updated so you can see how many you still have left when requesting a new signature.
