Scheduled Tasks: Creating One or More for a Client

To create one or more scheduled tasks for a client, start in the client details page and open the Scheduled tasks tab. Click Schedule task.

Select one or more tasks to schedule, and click Schedule task at the bottom.

The tasks will then be listed in the client’s Scheduled tasks tab. Once the trigger dates are reached, the first instance of each scheduled task will also appear under Open tasks.
