To send confirmation that a tax return has been submitted to HMRC, you will first need to submit the tax return in the BTCHub by clicking Submit to HMRC via BTCSoftware.
In BTCHub, navigate to and then Submit the tax return.
Once you’ve completed the above, the fact the tax return has been submitted will be reflected in Pixie, along with the relevant references, dates and amounts that are due to be paid or refunded.
You can then send confirmation to the client with those details.
When you select Preview email and send, an email screen will appear with all the details prefilled for you and ready to send to the client.
You can also set automatic reminders for any payments due, and Pixie will automatically remind clients to make the payment to HMRC.
