Sometimes you will need to exchange documents with a client - whether it's something you need to send them for review, or a document they need to upload to you such as proof of address.

Pixie lets you exchange documents confidentially without needing you to change work habits or having to manage and support a separate document portal. It does this by automatically securing email attachments. Let's see how it works...

Sending Files Securely to your Client

Click Inbox icon in the sidebar menu. Pixie will display all your emails.

Select the email you want to reply to. Pixie will display the content of the email.

Click the button to reply to the message.

In the message box, click the Add attachment button and select the file you want to send.

Click the Reply button to send the reply.

Pixie will upload the file to our secure server and send a link to your client. Your client can click on the link to download the file.

NOTE: If you don’t want to use Pixie’s secure file transfer feature for a particular message, you can switch off the feature by clicking the Switch off button in the top-right corner of the Reply box. Pixie will then send the attachment as a normal attachment.

Receiving Files Securely from your Client
