Pixie allows you to work on your jobs alone or as a team. You need to invite others to be a part of your team. Once you’ve invited someone, you can then delegate jobs to that person.
Let us see how to invite team members.
Inviting members to your team is a 4-step procedure:
- Click Team in the sidebar menu.
- Click the Invite new member button in the Team members screen.
- Type in the name and email address of the persons you want to invite to your team.
- Click the Send invitation button to send the invitation.

Pixie displays the Team members screen.
Click the Invite new member button.
Pixie displays the Invite team members form.
Type in the name and email address of the person you want to invite to your team.
NOTE: You can only invite persons from within your organisation to be a part of the team.
TIP: You can send multiple invitations at the same time. Click Add invitation to add another person to the form.
Click the Send invitation button to send the invitations.
Pixie will add the newly invited members to your team with a status of “Invitation pending”. They will have to accept your invitation to become part of the team. Thereafter, you will be able to delegate jobs to them.
As you have seen in this article, you can invite other members of your organisation to be a part of your team. You can delegate jobs to these members after they accept your invitation.
