Once you’ve connected your Inbox with Pixie, you can send replies to your clients from within Pixie itself. You can also define or create your own signature in Pixie. Once defined, the signature will be added to any email or reply you send from within Pixie.
Let us see how to set up an email signature.
Setting your email signature is a 4-step procedure:
- Click the icon at the top-right corner of your dashboard.
- Select My profile from the menu, to edit your profile.
- Create your email signature.
- Click the Save button to save the changes.
Editing your Profile
Click the icon at the top-right corner of your dashboard.
Select My profile from the menu, to edit your profile.
Create your email signature in the Email signature box. This box functions like any other text editor. You can use the formatting buttons at the bottom to format your signature.
Once you’ve got the signature to look the way you want it to be, click the Save button to save your changes. Henceforth, Pixie will add your signature to any email you send out from within Pixie.
As you have seen in this article, you can design an email signature for your emails. Once you create the email signature, Pixie will add the signature to the bottom of all emails that you send.
